Will my carpet get dirty more quickly after it has been cleaned?
No. Hildebrand's uses top-quality chemicals in out services. These chemicals are carpet-safe, and rinse easily, thus leaving behind no residue causing quick resoiling.

Will hot water extraction (steam cleaning) damage my carpet?
No. Hot water extraction is the preferred method by Hildebrand's and many other carpet cleaning companies to clean your carpet. It is the best method to get deep down soil to leave your carpet with a like-new look.

Can I get my carpet properly cleaned for $39.95?
Probably not. Chemicals play a big role in the carpet cleaning process, and when cheaper chemical is used, it allows companies to offer "unreal" prices. Don't be fooled by these companies. Cheaper chemicals mean less quality work, which can lead to your carpet getting dirty faster.

Should I wait until my carpet shows dirt before I get it cleaned?
We recommend that you do not. It is recommended that all residential carpet cleaning customers have their carpet cleaned every 6 months.

Is it possible to clean my carpet too often?
No. The more often a carpet is cleaned, the longer it will maintain its new look. For some carpets that are in very poor shape, cleanings may be needed as little as every 6 weeks to correct old soiling.
